Noord Natie Odfjell Antwerp Terminal will continue to grow in the upcoming years, with our current capacity set to increase by 120.000 cbm. With the commissioning of tank pit U in November 2023, Noord Natie Terminals grew the last 4 years with 73.000cbm or one tank pit per year. An impressive result, knowing that the terminal remained operational during the entire construction period. We are looking foward to the materialization of our newest expansion project, tank pit R, which will be operational Q1 2025.Moreover, Noord Natie Odfjell Antwerp Terminal has concession land of 18.000 m² with still sufficient room to grow. Not only for speculative market driven growth but also to support customer specific storage needs.
Tank pit U operational since November 2023. Thanks to our professional engineering & project management team, not forgetting the support of our contractors, the tank pit was commissioned more than one month ahead of schedule. The 6 tanks of 6.000cbm are in service and received their first supplies.
The future expansions; tank pits Q-R-S and V, in total another 120.000cbm storage capacity have been drawn. Tank pit R; permitted for 27.500 cbm P1-P2 products has in the meanwhile been approved by the Executive Board and targetted to be operational Q1 2025. By 2027 Noord Natie Terminals expects to have crossed the 500.000 cbm mark!
