We are proud to announce that Noord Natie Terminals has received the UN sustainability certificate ‘SDG Pioneer’ during the Voka Day of Sustainable Entrepreneurship. This recognition confirms that sustainability is firmly embedded in our business strategy.

What makes Noord Natie Terminals strong in sustainability?

Our greatest strength is the growing enthusiasm for sustainability among our employees. A great example is our ‘Good Life’ working group (pictured) . On their initiative, we will plant a food forest together with colleagues and their families on November 15th in Wilrijk — a touch of biodiversity in the heart of an industrial area! We also actively contribute to the energy transition. The entire roof of our warehouse (4,200 m²) has been equipped with solar panels, which will be operational in 2025. We are also investing in energy-saving measures to further optimize our tank heating system.
